Lead developer JAVA H/F

As part of the development of our project team, we are looking for a Lead Developer, to support our development teams in the realization of customer projects.

Supervise the technical project: control of the good progress of developments, definition of the guideline, technical choices, methods to be used;

Support and manage the know-how of its technical team;

Solve technical problems encountered by the teams;

Ensure the quality of the code of the software programs developed;

Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using the latest development best practices.

Be the referent in terms of code, put in place best practices, and verify the actions carried out by his team

Work in interdisciplinary teams to continuously deliver the highest quality software to our customers.

Keep a constant watch on technological developments;

Be responsible for coding specific parts of the program

Ensure the quality of the code using analysis tools and automatic code

Guarantee the respect of the imposed deadlines

Respect the allocated budget

Set up tests / acceptance

Graduated from an engineering school or a Master in Computer Science, you have at least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in JAVA and also expertise in Font-End development.

You have worked in an interdisciplinary team, and are able to understand all the phases of the development of a project.
